My Typical Day: Making strategic decisions by pro-actively adapting the direction of the business to changing markets. I enjoy my sales work, but also spend a lot of my time mentoring and directing my dedicated team of staff. I oversee the design and projects office and I aim to ensure that our clients’ needs and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

My Typical Day: Overseeing the operational aspects of the business, supporting the design and projects departments. Periodically reviewing our latest designs to ensure they meet all relevant safety standards.

My Typical Day: General administration, including company insurances, general health and safety, company vehicles, personnel work, recruitment, association memberships, plus financial work involving year end returns and verification of invoices to suppliers. I also assist the director as required with correspondence, marketing literature, expenses and other ad hoc duties.

My Typical Day: My role is extremely varied – no day is ever the same! It is my responsibility to ensure that all the equipment and materials are delivered in time for each project and that we have an experienced installation team on site to complete the work. It is hugely rewarding to see a fantastic play area at the end of the process!

My Typical Day: My mission in life is to provide the whole in-house accounting function with Miracle. This includes book-keeping, payments to our suppliers, VAT returns and monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasts. Whilst this can be a very serious role within the company it is tempered with good humour and an all round team effort to provide accurate and timely information for the management team.
